Jenzabar EX 4 Adds Personalized Workspaces

Jenzabar has released an update to its Jenzabar EX enterprise resource planning solution. Version 4.0 focuses on UI enhancements, with a new feature for providing streamlined access to commonly used functions.

Jenzabar EX is a suite of campus administrative tools for the Microsoft SQL Server platform designed to be implemented "out of the box." It incorporates accounts payable/receivable, admissions, advising, alumni relations, communications, financial aid, general ledger, payroll, personnel, purchasing, registration, and student information, among others. The suite also provides course management, electronic learning, and electronic commerce functionality.

Jenzabar EX 4.0, released publicly today, incorporates a new "My Workspace" feature that allows users to personalize the system to simplify access to things like commonly used reports, external links, files, and multimedia.

My Workspace offers single-click access to any function within the ERP and also includes support for updating information for Jenzabar EX Vantage business intelligence dashboards.

Further details can be found on Jenzabar's site here.
