Online Learning Consortium To Host Distance Learning Discussions

The Online Learning Consortium (OLC) will host a series of Google Hangouts next week, November 10-14, in honor of National Distance Learning Week.

Designed to build awareness of distance learning and recognize best practices and exceptional leaders, the live discussions will be recorded for on-demand viewing once complete.

The schedule for the Hangouts and topics to be discussed include:

Formerly the Sloan Consortium, the Online Learning Consortium is a "professional organization devoted to advancing quality online learning by providing professional development, instruction, best practice publications and guidance to educators, online learning professionals and organizations around the world," according to information on the organization's site.
