In a recent Campus Technology survey of higher education leaders, 74% said their institutions have implemented or are in the process of implementing AI-backed service and support tools, most commonly in IT/help desks, admissions, and student support offices. The result: Leaders report faster response times, staff time savings, and improved student outcomes, among other benefits.
