Eurocom Offers Education Discount on High-End Mobile Workstations

Eurocom has kicked off a new education program offering discounts to students, teachers, and institutions on its workstation-class laptops and all-in-one systems.

Eurocom is a manufacturer of high-end professional and gaming PCs, such as laptops loaded with up to eight-core processors, dual graphics cards sporting up to 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, and up to four internal drives. The company also makes mid-range all-in-one PCs.

Through the education program, K-12 and college and university students, recent graduates, and educators can receive 10 percent off any system with proof of affiliation with an education institution. (Note that although Eurocom's site refers to the program as the "Higher Education Program," the discounts apply to K-12 as well.) Schools, colleges, and universities can receive the same discount for institutional purchases. The steps to apply for the discount are outlined on Eurocom's Education Program portal.
