Jenzabar, Intellidemia Partner To Streamline Administrative Functions

Educational software vendor Jenzabar and online syllabus management provider Intellidemia have joined forces to develop a collaborative solution designed to help schools streamline administrative processes and centrally manage syllabi in a more collaborative academic community between educators and students.

Jenzabar, as part of its e-Racer learning management system, brings to the partnership a cadre of software services and strategies designed for higher education. The company builds enterprise software and services for higher education and is deployed on more than 700 campuses.

Intellidemia is contributing its Concourse smart syllabus solutions platform that addresses accreditation, compliance and retention, and helps to improve student performance, faculty productivity, and administrative efficiency "by getting syllabi online fast" where "instructors easily organize, share, and analyze course information anytime from anyplace, ensuring students always have the most up-to-date syllabi even before they register," according to information released by the company.

By collaborating with Intellidemia, Jenzabar is able to extend the e-Racer platform to provide "new tools that help simplify the syllabus management process and enhance collaboration with constituents," the companies said in a news release.

The collaboration brings a platform to students to help manage the course selection and registration process both online and via mobile devices, the two companies said.
