Mitsubishi Debuts Cloud Projectors

Mitsubishi has introduced a new line of mobile projectors designed for education and business. Dubbed the T-Series, the line includes four projectors, two of which feature cloud projection technology.

The TW11U and TX10U each deliver a brightness of 3,000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 3,000:1. The TW11U offers WXGA resolution (1,280 x 768) while the TX10U comes with XGA resolution (1,024 x 768). Both projectors include a 10-watt speaker.

The TW21U and TX20U feature Mitsubishi's cloud projection technology, which enables users to present content from a local server, the Web, or the cloud. No computer is needed. Both projectors include 3,500 lumens of brightness and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio. The TW21U features WXGA resolution (1,280 x 768) and the TX20U features XGA resolution (1,024 x 768). Each projector comes with a 16-watt speaker.

All projectors in the T-Series line include pre-set energy saving modes and lamp life of up to 6,000 hours in economy mode. The projectors have an operating noise of 25 dB in low mode.

Mitsubishi's new projectors come with a three-year limited warranty for parts and labor, one-year limited warranty for the lamp, and are covered by the company's Express Replacement Assistance (ERA) Program.

The TX10U and TW11U are available now for purchase. The cloud projectors, the TX20U and TW21U, will be available to ship later this month.
