Credo Releases 19 New and Updated Collections

A company with a platform that allows schools to compile reference collections and deliver them online to their students and faculty has just launched a set of new compilations that users can integrate with their digital libraries. Credo Reference's new collections are:

  • Intelecom Intelligent Telecommunications, which provides multidisciplinary coverage of sociology, history, psychology, and health;
  • Anthropology, which pulls together 40 titles addressing archaeology, biological anthropology, and ethnography, among other topics; and
  • Sociology, with 39 titles covering social change, social psychology, social work, race and ethnicity, and urban sociology.

The company has also updated 15 existing collections, including criminal justice, psychology, gender and women's studies, and nursing and allied health.

"By releasing new collections on a regular basis, we're helping librarians innovate reference and users gain information skills while meeting their real-time research needs," said Credo CEO Mike Sweet.

Credo products are in use by Columbia University and Virginia State University, among others.
