Jefferson College Taps Enterprise Reporting Software for Better Access to Data Insights

Millennium reporting dashboard

Jefferson College is revamping its administrative reporting with software from Millennium Computer Systems. The institution is using the company's FAST Enterprise Reporting Suite across finance, human resources and student reporting.

The full suite includes:

  • FAST Finance, providing information for actuals, commitments and budgets;
  • FAST Student, which provides admission and registration levels, student academic data, operational reports and more;
  • FAST HR, for tracking and managing data such as staff hires, jobs, faculty, leave and terminations; and
  • FAST Financial Aid, which allows administrators to review financial aid applications, manage funds and send students e-mails based on their individual needs.

The system provides pre-configured reports, accessible by a user's specific role, as well as analytics and dashboards for identifying trends and outliers, the company explained in a news announcement.

"We needed a solution to give our staff and administrators better insight and information across departments," said Tracy James, senior director of information technology at Jefferson College, in a statement. "Millennium does that and more with their pre-configured reports, permission-level management, scheduled distribution, and dashboards."
