Hyland Upgrades OnBase with Mobile Capabilities and More
Hyland today announced the latest version of its flagship OnBase platform, boasting "greater configurability, enhanced mobile capabilities and expanded integration options."
OnBase 17 provides enterprise content management, case management, business process management and capture in a single platform that can be on-premise or in the cloud. The new release incorporates "nearly 3,500 new customer-driven features and enhancements," according to the company. Among them:
- Refreshed user interface with improved navigation and visibility, including performance enhancements such as a faster document viewer with a lower memory footprint;
- Offline mobile briefcase, which allows users to work digitally in situations with limited or no network connectivity;
- Improved two-factor authentication;
- Capture upgrades, such as expedited scanning and indexing processes, mobile offline capture capabilities and more administrative tools; and
- More flexibility with electronic form design, graphical formatting and template management.
