Bonus: Managing Higher Ed's "New Normal"

Elliot Stern

Dr. Elliot Stern

A couple weeks ago, Campus Technology held a Distance Learning Summit – a virtual event focused on the most critical considerations for managing higher ed's "new normal" during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this bonus episode of the podcast, I wanted to share the conversation I had with Dr. Elliot Stern, president of Saddleback College in Southern California, from the summit session titled "What Will the Fall Semester Look Like?" in which Dr. Stern talked candidly about how his institution is making strategic decisions for the fall and what kinds of policies and infrastructure they are putting in place to move forward. He had so many insights and ideas to share, I really think it's worth a listen.

One caveat – since this came from a webcast recording, the audio is not the best quality, so apologies in advance. I hope you find it valuable in spite of that.
