SchoolSpring 2.0 Launched

SchoolSpring has released a major update to its Web-based recruiting tool for K-12 and higher ed institutions. The new version adds evaluation tools and gains an improved user interface, among other upgrades.

SchoolSpring 2.0 is a tool designed to help with the teacher recruitment process. The Web-based system, which began a pre-rollout phase back in December, adds "hundreds" of new features and enhancements and also gains an improved database.

Some of the new features include:

  • New candidate evaluation tools, including support for custom assessment criteria and multiple evaluation rounds;
  • Improved status notifications for applicants;
  • Data warehousing for candidates' resumes, certs, test scores, and other data;
  • Improved job posting, including rthe ability to post the same job at multiple schools in a district;
  • New user interface; and
  • Security enhancements.

SchoolSpring 2.0 is available now.
