LeTourneau University Automates Financial Aid

Replacing a Jenzabar ERP system, LeTourneau University will use CampusVue Collegiate from Campus Management to administer its enrollment, advising, and student services.

"The driving factor behind this decision was the automation of the financial aid processes for non-term-based academic programs," said LeTourneau CIO Gary Holeman. "With this Campus Management solution, we will be better able to manage the complex processes required for programs that do not fit in traditional semesters or quarters."

The deployment comes after the university's move to a borrower-based academic year and its prioritization of improving admissions processing. To assist that effort, CampusVue's CRM capabilities help coordinate communications and tasks across multiple departments to quicken and customize communications between prospective students, university representatives, advisors, and staff.

LeTourneau's new administrative solution also includes CampusPortal, which provides 24/7 online self service for students, faculty and staff; CampusVantage Financials/HR suite, which provides various financial planning and reporting tools; and the CampusQuery, which uses SQL statements from CampusVue to generate various business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators.
