MAC Deploys Jenzabar Academic, Administrative Suite

Mineral Area College in Missouri is deploying Jenzabar EX Total Campus Management. INTEC, signing on for licenses for Jenzabar's ERP, portal, and learning management solutions to improve administrative efficiencies and supplement learning the school's traditional learning techniques with online technologies.

The college licensed the Jenzabar EX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution, Jenzabar’s Internet Campus Solution, and Jenzabar Learning Management System in its TCMS implementation.

Jenzabar EX ERP is a Windows-based suite of campus administrative tools, including accounts payable/receivable, admissions, advising, alumni relations, communications, financial aid, general ledger, payroll, personnel, purchasing, and registration, among others.

The Web-enabled suite also provides course management, electronic learning, and electronic commerce functionality.  

The Internet Campus Solution is a portal system designed specifically for higher education. It will be used to "provide Mineral Area College with a single point of access to a virtually limitless number of communications, Web services, community building, and e-learning applications," according to Jenzabar.

Mineral Area College is a public community college that serves about 3,000 students on its main campus in Park Hills and in five outreach centers.
