Lourdes College Selects Intelliworks To Track Graduate School Contacts

Lourdes College Graduate School has gone public with plans to manage its prospective student contacts, events, and electronic communications though the Intelliworks constituent relationship management (CRM) platform.

"In the past, we used multiple Excel spreadsheets to manage data since our student information system isn't very user friendly," said Keith Ramsdell, director of graduate admissions. "We've already started consolidating our data into Intelliworks, and we're anxious to test the system's CRM capabilities." The admissions office will use the Intelliworks to track inquiries, promote open houses, and manage e-mail campaigns.

Lourdes College, a private, four-year liberal arts school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis in Sylvania, OH near Toledo, had 2,228 students enroll this fall. The Graduate School offers master's degrees in education, nursing, and organizational leadership. Lourdes has experienced record enrollment for the fifth consecutive year, with graduate enrollment more than doubling in that same period.

Intelliworks provides a Web-based service for managing inquiry responses, marketing and outreach, and event management.
