Career College Looks To Sharpen Student Lifecycle Management

Bryan College, a career college in Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas, will be implementing a student lifecycle management application at its three campuses, one that's being delivered as an online service.

The program, from TopSchool, provides a branded portal that will allow prospective students to learn about the college's programs, a customer relationship management system to track prospects through admission, a student information system to manage students from enrollment through program completion, and a reporting module.

"As we continue to add offerings and campuses to support more students, we needed a better way to centrally manage all information. A key factor in our decision was TopSchool's cross-campus reporting capabilities, which will allow us to more efficiently analyze the entire institution and better plan for future growth," said CTO Jay Spangler. "We also needed a system that would deliver a higher level of student services for our current population and allow us to quickly and easily connect with prospective students. TopSchool's system meets our needs across the entire student lifecycle--our current students will be able to access student services online 24/7, and our admissions representatives can respond to leads faster and more effectively."
