FlatWorld Upgrades Digital Platforms, Expands Catalog

Textbook publisher FlatWorld has introduced new capabilities for its homework and online reader platforms as well as 11 new and recently revised titles in its course materials catalog.

New features include:

  • Redesigned online reader, including enhanced search functionality and improved page number navigation;
  • Video uploader, allowing students to record videos of up to 10 minutes in length and submit them to their instructor; and
  • Expanded grading capabilities, including the ability to create customized grading rubrics and a streamlined feedback loop for sharing scores with students.

The catalog additions include updates related to the 2020 election and COVID-19 pandemic. FlatWorld's catalog now boasts more than 130 textbooks across 20-plus academic subjects, which cost between $24.95 and $39.95 for digital access.
