Ellucian Releases Constituent Relationship Management for Higher Ed
Ellucian has launched a constituent relationship management (CRM) solution, dubbed Ellucian Enterprise CRM, designed specifically for higher education institutions.
Designed to enable "institutions to target key constituent groups for holistic relationship building that leads to higher enrollments, more successful students, and more committed alumni and supporters," according to a news release, the new tool "includes solutions for recruiting, student success, and advancement, along with general CRM capabilities for the entire campus."
Built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, features of Ellucian Enterprise CRM include:
- Business logic, dashboards, data models, reports, and workflows designed specifically for higher ed;
- On-premise and software-as-a-service deployment options; and
- Integration with core administrative systems.
"Ellucian is the only company that provides this powerful combination of an integrated, enterprise class technology platform with higher education specific solutions that support the full student lifecycle," said Mark Jones, senior vice president and chief product officer at Ellucian, in a prepared statement. "This ensures that customers have an extensible CRM platform that supports their unique processes for enrollment, student success, and development, and will grow with them as their needs evolve."
