Roanoke College Gets Personal with CRM

Roanoke College has selected
Talisma's Constituent Relationship Management(CRM) solution to personalize constituent communications in an effortto increase enrollment and forge stronger relations with currentstudents.
"Moving to the Talisma CRM is a giant step forward forus," said James Dalton, VP of IT and public relations. "Our existingsystem did not offer us the advanced capabilities we need to execute astrong, cost effective communications strategy. The CRM suite providestools for working with data from multiple sources, including ERP andlegacy systems, and performing communications with current andprospective students through multiple channels, including e-mail, chat,Web forms, Web self-service, phone, SMS text, direct mail, and fax. Itgives users a unified view of each contact's profile information,interactions, and transactions across all communication channels anddepartments.
Besides Roanoke, a 2,000-student school in Salem, VA, Talisma's higher education customer base includes the
University of Alabama, the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and
Abilene Christian University.
