Vorex Upgrades Web-based Data Collection Tool for Schools

Vorex has released an update to its Vorex Online Survey, a Web-based data collection tool designed to allow schools to collect information and gather feedback from education stakeholders.

Aimed at both K-12 and higher education, Vorex Online Survey is offered as software as a service (SaaS) and allows both educators and administrators to easily create and distribute online surveys and forms.

The new version 1.4, released last week, offers 17 different question types, a built-in spell checker, conditional questions, new collaboration features (including sharing collected information with multiple users), and new organization tools. Other features include:

  • Export to Excel, Word, HTML, or PDF;
  • Optional password requirements;
  • Password protection for posted survey results; and
  • Free access to a Vorex-supplied Web portal for institutions that do not have their own portals to house the surveys.

Vorex Online Survey 1.4 is available now. A free one-week demo is also available. Further information can be found here.
