UC Riverside Turns to CRM for Marketing

The University of California, Riverside (UCR) has chosen Intelliworks' relationship management platform to organize its contacts, execute marketing campaigns, and coordinate events.

"We looked at several different vendors before finally choosing Intelliworks," said Emily Engelschall, director of undergraduate recruiting. "Intelliworks' flexible and scalable solutions met more of our feature requirements than any other program we evaluated. Plus, we found Intelliworks' user interface to be the most user-friendly and intuitive."

UCR, which has about 18,000 students, plans eventually to integrate the Intelliworks platform with its student portal. "Linking Intelliworks to our student portal would, for the first time, allow us to track the student lifecycle from the initial prospect stage through to enrollment," Engelschall said.

Currently, the company boasts 120 customers among its higher ed clientele. Institutions use Intelliworks, which is Web-based, to improve the processes involved in enrollment management, constituent outreach, marketing, and admissions operations.
