Plagiarism or Peer Review: Anti-Cheating Tool Stirs Debate

Less than 20 percent of the faculty at Georgetown University take advantage of Turnitin.com, a Web-based subscription plagiarism-flagging service the university has used since 2002, according to Sonia Jacobsen, director of the university’s honor council.
