The program is designed to manage the online promotion and the cost effectiveness to help meet cost per enrollment objectives. AdReply can also track lead collections for TV, radio, direct mail and outside sales rep activities.

Features include:

  • Real-time data collection;
  • Content filtering;
  • Point and click campaign configuration;
  • Campaign lifecycle tracking; and
  • Reporting functions, including export to common file formats.

The technology integrates with the school's customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking leads from prospect to enrollment. Geo-targeting is also included for schools with regionally targeted campaigns.
