USC Unveils TrojanTV Entertainment Site
The University of Southern California has launched TrojanTV All-Access, a multimedia website featuring a variety of Trojan Athletics content ranging from live broadcasts of games, video archives or previous games, a talk show, and other original programs for Trojan fans across the 'Net.
Launched Aug. 1, Trojan TV accompanies a redesign of usctrojans.com, the official USC Athletics site. TrojanTV features:
- Live coverage of almost all USC home sporting events, as well as some away events. Most football, basketball and other sporting events aired live on television will replayed on TrojanTV All-Access afterwards.
- Daily post-practice reports, live coverage of head football coach Pete Carroll's press conferences, video blogs of key USC athletes, and breaking Trojan athletics news.
- Historic USC football games dating to the 1930s, as well as other archived Trojan sports programming.
- A live "GameTracker" statistical coverage of many of USC's events.
"The overall scope of our coverage and the insider perspective that we will provide our subscribers will be extensive, and of the highest production quality," said Rich Rodriguez, TrojanTV All-Access' executive producer, in a prepared statement. "We will cover our teams, athletes and coaches with the type of access that nobody else can match."
USC fans can subscribe to TrojanTV All-Access for $9.95 a month or $99.95 a year. Previously free usctrojans.com content, such as press releases, statistics and media guides, will remain free.
