Hobsons Takes CRM Mobile

Administrative technology developer Hobsons has introduced mobile functionality for its constituent relationship management system for higher education, EMT Connect.

EMT Connect is a CRM designed to help administrators implement multichannel communications and track results through various reporting tools. The new mobile functionality, available through EMT Mobile, allows admissions staff to access the CRM through their mobile devices, such as iPhones, Blackberrys, and Androids, as well as other Internet-enabled smart phones.

Specifically, the application allows users to perform searches, view CRM data, add new data, edit existing data, and, for administrators, access reports. According to Hobsons, "Admissions counselors are able to immediately upload information from a student they just met, engaging the student's interest and feeding them into mailing lists long before they return to the office. In turn, supervisors can see how their staff is performing against recruitment goals with the most up-to-date student data available."

Further information about EMT Connect can be found here.
