Tyler Junior College Adopts Student Engagement Platform

Tyler Junior College (TJC) has adopted Jadu Universe CMS for its student engagement and communication efforts. The Tyler, TX community college will begin implementation of the new content management system this spring.

Tyler's new deployment moves the institution closer to its goal of updating its communication practices, according to Larry Mendez, CIO at Tyler Junior College, in a statement released last week by the company to the press.

"We wanted to modernize the way the College communicates with its customers—our students," said Mendez. "When we started the selection of a web content management system, the paramount importance was web standards compliant technology using the very latest standards."

Tyler Junior College has an annual enrollment of more than 12,000 students with an additional 20,000 continuing education enrollments.
