ViewSonic Unveils Widescreen, Full HD Displays

ViewSonic has released a new set of LED monitors featuring wide viewing angle and frameless bezel design.

ViewSonic's VX70Smh-LED Series includes the 27-inch VX2770Smh-LED, 23-inch VX2370Smh-LED and 22-inch VX2270Smh-LED, according to a statement released this month by the company. The new widescreen displays come with full HD 1920x1080 screen resolution, 30,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, and 178-degree viewing angles. Also included are base mounted speakers, external power supply, and HDMI and DVI with HDCP video inputs.

The VX70Smh-LED displays, designed to be energy efficient, include eco-mode feature, which enables users to lower power consumption by choosing a reduced brightness. Each display comes with a three-year limited warranty.

ViewSonic began shipping the 27-inch VX2770Smh-LED and 23-inch VX2370Smh-LED displays this month for ESP of $319 and $189, respectively. The company expects to begin shipping its 22-inch VX2270Smh-LED in December for an ESP of $159.
