Ball State U Rolls Out Pathify Digital Engagement Hub

Ball State University has launched a new MyBallState portal for its 20,000 students, 4,000 employees, and other constituents that provides personalized information and access to campus services. Built on Pathify's digital student engagement hub platform, the portal is designed to "inform and engage learners and employees with highly curated experiences" that surface relevant content and ease navigation to campus resources and tools, according to a news announcement.

Pathify's integration with existing university systems (such as Ellucian Banner and Canvas) was key to the Ball State's technology evaluation and selection process, which was also supported by positive student feedback. The university plans to extend the platform with Pathify's Success and Communities module, as well as focus on "creative ways to implement other customization features," the announcement said.

"We're thrilled to partner with Ball State University in modernizing and unifying their student experience," said Chase Williams, CEO and co-founder of Pathify, in a statement. "Our platform is designed to create dynamic, personalized environments that foster meaningful connections between students and their institution. Ball State's commitment to innovation aligns perfectly with our hyperfocus on delivering purposeful engagement throughout the student journey, and we're excited to see the transformative impact this collaboration will have on their community."
