Digital Signage Federation Announces 3-part Webcast Series

The Digital Signage Federation kicks off a three-part webcast series this month on the oversight and management of campuswide digital signage installations, according to a statement released by the company. There is no charge to attend these online events. The first webcast, "Campus Signage 101", will broadcast June 27 at 2 PM EDT.

The panelists for next week's webcast include Thomas Kunka, service architect manager at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ryan Cahoy, managing director at Rise Display, and Cindy Davis, editor-in-chief of TechDecisions for Higher Education.

Talking points of the free, one-hour broadcast include:

  • Basic hardware and software components of a digital signage network;
  • Key stats and trends in the relevant to higher education;
  • The successes and pitfalls to avoid when considering displays for your campus.
