Terra Dotta Intros Global Engagement Tool

Terra Dotta, provider of technologies to support study abroad, international student and scholar services, and travel risk management, has introduced a new tool for communicating with and engaging students throughout their global experiences. Part of the company's global engagement platform, the Engage solution is designed to help connect campus departments with students, promote international program growth and increase visibility across an institution's global education ecosystem, according to a news announcement.

Engage allows global engagement offices to provide personalized program suggestions for students, automate communications as well as time-intensive administrative work, and track students' study abroad journeys. The solution integrates with the student information system, so that program leaders can provide students with relevant and timely guidance and offers. Reporting features enable administrators to track global education campaign performance, student interactions, event attendance, global engagement and more.

"As higher ed leaders want enhanced visibility and a holistic view of the global student journey, Engage facilitates the connection between campus departments, prospects and students rather than each working in silos," said Anthony Rotoli, CEO of Terra Dotta, in a statement. "By integrating, automating and personalizing communication, Terra Dotta Engage streamlines program promotion and helps institutions improve their international student recruitment and retention."
