ImageNow 6.6 Moves to 64-Bit Architecture

Perceptive Software has released an update to ImageNow, the company's enterprise document management system for education, government, and healthcare. The latest 6.6 release gets an overhauled, native 64-bit architecture and includes enhancements to several individual components.

ImageNow is a document management, imaging, and workflow software suite that's in use at several hundred campuses worldwide, including 440 colleges and universities, according to Perceptive Software. The new ImageNow 6.6 moves to a 64-bit server architecture It also includes the following enhancements:

  • Updated encryption, with support for Advanced Encryption Standard (AES);
  • Enhanced integration with Epic EMR;
  • Improved integration with SAP Business Suite; and
  • A variety of improvements to the Business Insight, eForms, and Retention Policy Manager components.
