Datatel Colleague integrates a variety of business functions, including data entry, regulatory updates, employee benefits management, and analytical reports, among others. It comprises five individual components, which are designed to run on a variety of databases and operating systems: Colleague Advancement, Colleague Finance, Colleague Financial Aid, Colleague HR, and Colleague Student.
"We are excited about the partnership we have formed with Datatel and are anxious to begin the implementation phase," said Brad McCormack, assistant vice president of administrative services at North Central State College, in a prepared statement. "The face of higher education is changing, and North Central State College must also change to meet the ever-increasing demands of the constituents we serve."
McCormack continued, "Today's learners have a vast array of choices available to them on how they receive their education; therefore, the implementation of Colleague will position North Central State to be the institution of choice for those educational needs."
