Talisma CRM 7.2 Adds Emergency Notifications

Talisma this week released versions 7.2 of its constituent relationship management suite, Talisma CRM. The new version of the suite, designed specifically for higher education, adds 20 new enhancements, including emergency alerts.

Talisma CRM is a higher education hosted suite that includes six constituent relationship management solutions, from e-mail and chat to Web portals and knowledgebases to campaign management and phone scripting and automation.

The new 7.2 release adds several new features and enhancements, including:
  • SMS text messaging for mass communications and priority emergency messaging;
  • An expanded Campaign module that includes support for secondary e-mail addresses and tighter integration with event management;
  • Online payment and event registration; and
  • New browser-based access providing several features from the desktop client, but accessible through the Web.
Talisma CRM 7.2 is available now and is certified for Vista.
