Training services provider this week announced the acquisition of distance learning and collaboration software from Savant Technology Group. The acquisition is part of's move into blended learning to provide training services for public and private sectors.

The new technologies include two-way video and audio communications, audience measurement tools, application sharing, whiteboarding, chat, and blogs, all aimed at the delivery of learning materials for training purposes.

The company said its solutions are targeted squarely at WebEx, Arel, and OneTouch Systems offerings.
