Purdue Signs Oxygen Education for Online Development Work

Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN has signed Oxygen Education to help it develop online components for the university's Technical Assistance Program (TAP) Green Enterprise Development Program. Purdue's program provides energy-related classroom-based and online instruction for workforce training.

"We are excited at the potential markets an online presence will create for the Green Enterprise Development Program," said Ethan Rogers, manager of energy efficiency services for TAP. "This will translate into a greater number of people understanding sustainability issues and how to address them."

Oxygen Education develops interactive content that uses simulations and other activities. The company has also done work for the National Coalition of Advanced Technology Centers, a network of higher education resources that advocates and promotes the use of technology applications, and the League for Innovation, an organization for community colleges.
